Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to website owners. This Cookie Policy explains how Orion AI Group Ltd ("Orion", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on orion-ai.co.uk.
One. The Website sets a single cookie, and only once you sign in to the client portal. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no tracking of any kind across this or any other site.

If you never sign in to the portal, the Website sets no cookies at all.
The session cookie above is the only one, and it is strictly necessary: without it the portal cannot tell one signed-in person from another. It is cleared when you sign out, and it expires on its own after 24 hours. You cannot opt out of it and also use the portal; you can simply not sign in.
There are none. We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics package, we do not use advertising or remarketing cookies, and we do not fingerprint devices or build profiles of visitors.
The Website loads two things from other origins: the typefaces, from Google Fonts, and one animation library, from cdnjs. Both serve static files and neither sets a cookie. The live demonstration tools send what you type to Anthropic’s API through our server to generate the result; no cookies are set and nothing is stored. Hosting is provided by Netlify, which sets none for a static site of this kind.
Where we link out — to Calendly to book a call, or to LinkedIn — that is an ordinary link. Those sites may set their own cookies once you arrive, under their own policies, but nothing is set by us on your way there.
