A one-off setup fee to build it, then a rolling monthly fee to run it, which you can stop in any month. Every price is on this page. Prices exclude VAT.
Nine suites, each in three tiers. Choose one to see what each tier includes and what it costs.
Tick the suites you want and choose a tier for each. The dearest suite pays its setup in full and every other suite’s is halved. Finance & Reporting with two or more systems is already halved between them, so it is not halved a second time. With three or more suites on Growth or Complete, the combined monthly fee is 10% less.
The Orion Standard is the same on all of them. What changes is how much of the department is automated.

We own it after launch. Monitoring, and fixes when a source system or API changes, are included in the monthly fee. You never get an invoice for a repair.
Building something new: another automation, another integration, or a change to what an existing one is asked to do that needs new rules. Those are add-ons or a move up a tier, priced before any work starts, and you decide whether to proceed. A repair is never one of them.

It applies on Essentials and Growth, to each suite separately, and the clock starts at kick-off rather than at first contact. Complete is delivered in phases, each with its own 14 days. The audit and scoping before any of it cost nothing.
Where you take more than one suite, they are built in sequence, and each has its own 14 days.
Yes. Each suite you add later is still set up at half price, because the connections to your systems are already built. Once three are on Growth or Complete, 10% comes off the combined monthly fee. Inside Finance & Reporting the same holds for its systems: each one after the first is half the setup, and moving to Full Finance Operations later is priced as the bundle minus the setup fees you have already paid. A setup that is already halved this way is not halved a second time.
Essentials is one automation, done properly: a first step. Growth is the connected set a department actually needs, and it is the one we recommend. Complete is the whole department, including a custom AI agent where that is relevant. The Orion Standard is the same on all three, and you can move up a tier at any point.
An add-on covers an extra automation or an extra integration inside a suite. Anything larger is scoped and quoted as its own piece of work, on the same terms: a fixed price, agreed before we start.
No. The monthly fee is rolling, month to month. The setup fee is one-off and covers the build.
We fix it, and it is part of the monthly fee, not a change request: you never get an invoice for a repair. A supplier changing their invoice layout, a site changing its export or an API changing its version is expected, and the monthly statement will tell you it happened.
You do. The rules, the mappings and the configuration are yours, documented in writing, and you keep them if you stop. We do not hold anything hostage to keep you subscribed.
It stays in your systems. We connect through each vendor's supported interface, read-only unless you have agreed otherwise in writing, scoped to the records the job needs and revocable by you at any time. A UK GDPR data processing agreement is included.
Tell us before your next monthly date and it stops at the end of the month you have paid for. No notice period and no exit fee. We hand over the documentation and revoke our own access.
